LED injection module installation features and considerations

First step: calculate the total power module, the LED switches to configure the appropriate power supply (80% power output configurations). Total = number of modules x module power consumption power consumption such as 300 three lights 3528 SMD LED module, the rated power is 300x0.25=75W

Third step: connect the power supply after all modules installed, use 0.75mm or 18AWG wire connected to the power supply. Distance between power supply and modules should be 5 meters or less. If a larger font size, without affecting the module heat sink case, power supply can be built inside.

Installation notes:

1. pay attention to the waterproof measures of the led special switching power supply.

2. switching power supply output voltage should be adjusted according to the LED module characteristics, are not free to rotate the voltage regulator knob!

3. our module are low-voltage products. 220V AC does not suitable, so the length of the power cord shoule be the shorter the better.

4.There are positive and negative points for LED modules, while do the installation please pay attention to the polarity corresponds, if plus or minus reverse the module can be lighted on, but it will not damage the LED modules, just exchange the wires.Also the voltage can not adjust!

5.During the installation process of LED module, it is required a double-sided glue or wood glue, paste the module slot with plastic base plate firmly. When using the double sided tape, you must put plastic glass glue again or it will cause module off under long exposure to the Sun in outdoors, this is very important!

6.While install the LED module inside the blister or box, do as much as possible to form a loop and fewest module series set of numbers, no more than 40 groups, colorful series with no more than 20 groups, otherwise they will be under the influence of voltage drop, and will be very likely to cause single circuit overcurrent the make the circuit board burn out!

7. Rlack of waterproofed LED modules, when installed in the blister or box, should prevent rain from entering.

8.The space between LED module can be adjusted according to actual brightness and the module size, Generally between 50-100 groups per square. When arrange the LED modules, should be taken of a uniform luminescence and brightness requirements; distance between modules and fonts usually 2-5 cm, vertical and horizontal distance between the modules usually 2-6CM would be the best. While install the LED module, it can not be pushed, squeezing device on the module, so as not to cause damage to the device and the connector inside the glass glue should be fixed on the floor, so as to avoid shading.

9.The surface of the modules and the lighting distance should be well controlled, so as to ensure light uniformity and brightness, so the thickness of the lightbox is also very important.
