1), pre-installed cleaning pipeline equipment, remove impurities, so as to avoid clogging.
2) The steam traps must be installed under the lowest point of the steam-consuming equipment and easy to drain and be easily overhauled. The steam traps should be arranged in a centralized manner as far as possible for ease of management and the connections should be firm and tight.
3), installation, pay attention to the direction of the arrow on the valve body and pipeline medium flow direction should be the same.
4) For steam traps without filter, the filter should be installed in front of the valve. The overcurrent area should not be less than 1.5 times of the passage area. The filter should be installed in an easy-to-disassemble position.
5) Where freezing may occur, anti-freezing measures should be taken.
6) After the steam traps are installed, the hydrostatic test is required. The test pressure is the same as the test pressure of the plumbing system in which it is installed.
