"Ng Fung Cup" Kitchen God

Our opening ceremony

On July 29th, we successfully hold the [Ng Fung Cup Cooking Competition of Rice Vermicelli and Rice Vermicelli Dishes". The competition divided into Rice Vermicelli competition and Rice Vermicelli Dishes competition.

Nearly 60 competitors from 3 provinces took part in the activity. Some were famous chefs from large hotels, some were chairmen or members of restaurant association, some were professional cookers of rice vermicelli-

Our cookers

After several hours` competition, 27 dishes of rice vermicelli and 37 rice vermicelli dishes had been worked out. These dishes showed different cooking methods of rice vermicelli.

After fierce competition, Xiaojun Lin from Ganzhou city with his [Impression of Hanxian" won the first prize.
